Radon Loc concrete sealant comes in two formulas, Radon Loc & Radon Loc Extra and is sold in five-gallon pails.

Radon Loc has been formulated for use on smooth, unpainted, unsealed concrete floors. It is the best product to use if the concrete has a very tight or smooth finish and moisture is not a problem. It should be used when a high radon level is the only concern. Applying Radon Loc concrete sealer on Fiber Crete concrete may not provide the same quality seal as standard concrete. Radon Loc Extra has been formulated for use on unpainted, unsealed, poured concrete foundations or concrete block. It is a complete waterproofing concrete sealer and can be used to prevent moisture and high radon levels. It has additional solids to give your concrete the extra protection it needs to permanently lock out moisture and radon. Lightweight, Featherweight or similar types of concrete block cannot be sealed using Radon Loc Extra. Please call for technical assistance. Radon Loc Extra is $185.00 plus shipping and handling.*

Radon Loc Negative has been formulated for use with Radon Loc and Radon Loc Extra. It provides a 100% seal against moisture and vapor transmission. It is applied 10 days after Radon Loc and Radon Loc Extra with the same garden sprayer. Radon Loc Negative is $325.00 plus shipping and handling.*

Coverage
The porosity of the concrete determines the coverage. Each five-gallon pail will cover approximately 500 square feet with 3 applications and 750 square feet with 2 applications, depending on the porosity of the concrete surface. Two applications are required for poured concrete and three applications for concrete block foundations. If it does not and you have a licensed professional install a Radon Mitigation System, simply mail us a copy of the signed contract, paid invoice, and the latest radon test results. We will give you a complete refund on the purchase price of the product, no questions asked.

All products purchased before September, 2007 will need to contact the address on the pail label for any and all warranty claims.

Warranty
If applied according to instructions, RadonLoc.com warrants that it's products will perform as represented. Since methods, times and conditions of use are entirely beyond its control, this warranty is limited solely to the quality of the Company's products and replacement of such products not to exceed the original quantity purchased which proved to be defective. This warranty is good for 20 years from date of purchase. RadonLoc.com or its distributors shall in no way be responsible for any installation labor or preparation, acts of nature of (God), or inferior concrete or concrete block. Damage caused by, but not limited to floods, fires, storms, cracks or voids resulting prior to and/or after product application due to substrate settling, expansion, heat, earth quakes, floods etc. will not be covered by the Manufacturer's warranty. Lightweight, Featherweight or similar types of concrete block (CMU) and fiber crete concrete are not covered by this warrantee. Manufacturer shall not be liable for any injury, loss, damage, direct or consequential, arising from the use of this product. The buyer assumes all risk and liability whatsoever in connection with the use of this product.

RadonLoc.com warrants its products to perform as stated, when used and applied as specified. Follow the directions and have a good surface prep, this is the only way. Concrete surfaces have different densities so prep and apply accordingly.

Product Shipping & Return Policy

Due to the nature of chemical manufacturing:

NO RETURNS ACCEPTED AFTER 30 DAYS.

After any product has been shipped the customer assumes all responsibility for the product. If the shipment is refused or returned in its' entirety, there will be a 10% re-stocking fee for the returned product in addition to the original shipping charges. If the product is not received in re-sellable condition, the product cannot be accepted and no credit will be given for the purchase.

If for some reason you have an extra, unopened pail, we will gladly accept the return within 30 days of purchase. Simply ship it back to us for a full refund of the purchase price of the product. In this situation, the 10% re-stocking fee is waived.

The customer must pay the return shipping charges and the product must be received, unopened and in good, re-sellable condition. There are no shipping refunds. (If the product is damaged during the return shipment, no credit will be given. It is the shipper's responsibility to file a claim against the carrier for the damaged product for its fully insured purchase price.)

This return policy is effective for 30 days from the date of purchase.
* During the Free Shipping Special, if an order is refused or returned, the original shipping and handling fee of $29.00 will be charged plus the regular 10% restocking fee. All other terms and conditions remain the same.
